SURYA LITTLE & LINDA SPACKMAN - The skill and real success of teaching a comprehensive yoga class involves careful and intelligent sequencing. This day long is an introduction to the Art of Sequencing work and complements Mastering the Basics teaching principles.
SURYA LITTLE & LINDA SPACKMAN - This program provides the essential teaching skills in order to teach a yoga class following the principles of Prajna Yoga. This mini-intensive guides, inspires, and motivates you to confidently and competently begin to teach yoga classes.
TIAS AND SURYA - The pathway into the subtle body involves practice for the delicate structures of the throat, neck, cranium and brain. In yoga practice, the brain and sensory organs must be carefully protected and drawn inward. Session III presents ways to posturally balance the skull efficiently on top of the spine and to mindfully create a "psychic shield" to protect and empower spiritual awareness.
TIAS LITTLE - SATYA 3 further investigates the therapeutic benefits of SATYA on the various systems of the body. SATYA 3 students design and fulfill a 15-hour practicum, using SATYA as a therapeutic modality.
