It is imperative for digestion, breathing, and spinal health to twist some every day. Twists reduce sluggishness and help to energize the core interior of the body. In this practice we activate spiral movement within the spine, gut, and chest. Through twists, we tap the profound ways that twisting poses bring life, creativity, joy, and energy to the body.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
