At the onset of summer, this class emphasizes the fire element by practicing balancing poses, from the ground up. We do dynamic balancing poses–both standing and arm balances. These poses help elevate a sense of radiance and joy within in order to increase vitality and raise the flame of heart energy.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
