Tailbone & Crown
Tuesday, August 4
Discover the body’s central axis by balancing the grounding of the tailbone with the lift of the crown. Through somatic movements, yoga postures and quiet observation, we’ll explore how these complementary forces create length, stability, and effortless posture.
Lungs & Large Intestine
Friday, August 7th
This class brings synergy to the breath in the chest and the “breath” in the lower belly. By awakening the relationship between the lungs and lower abdomen, we’ll discover how respiration, digestion, and vitality naturally support one another.
Hands & Shoulder Blades
Tuesday, August 11th
The intelligence of the hands is intimately connected to the freedom of the shoulder girdle. Through weight-bearing, reaching, and refined actions, we’ll discover how awakening the hands creates stability and lightness in the shoulders.
Throat & Lower Belly
Friday, August 14th
The throat and lower abdomen mirror one another in surprising ways. Through rhythmic movement and breath, we’ll explore how these two centers coordinate expression, support, and the body’s natural pulsation.
Calves & Quadriceps
Sunday, August 16th
Walking, standing, and balancing depend upon a dynamic interplay between the front and back of the legs. We’ll explore how balanced strength and elasticity create lighter, more resilient movement.
Sit Bones & Skull
Friday, August 28th
Cost: $100 + tax
