When fatigue gets buried in the body, we are vulnerable to illness and disease. This class guides students in poses that are designed to draw fatigue out of the body and to reduce stress. Through flowing sequences of movement, we boost the lymphatic system and circulatory rhythms. We stretch and release the skin in order to support lymph drainage. This class aims to optimize the flow of prana through the connective tissues in order to rejuvenate the vital energy.
