TIAS LITTLE - In this class we drop with gravity into the earth in order to heal the subtle body. When we do not resist gravity but allow our bones and connective tissues to release there is a profound letting go.
TIAS LITTLE - In a totally unique way, the SATYA practice opens doorways into the interior, providing new pathways of perception and feeling. It guides students away from “doing” movement and toward sensing, receiving and “being” movement. During SATYA 1, students will learn the key principles and embody the foundational movements of the SATYA practice.

TIAS LITTLE - Sensory Awareness Training for Yoga Attunement (SATYA) is an integral part of the Prajna Yoga experience. This day long is an introduction to the SATYA work.
TIAS LITTLE - SATYA 3 further investigates the therapeutic benefits of SATYA on the various systems of the body. SATYA 3 students design and fulfill a 15-hour practicum, using SATYA as a therapeutic modality.

TIAS LITTLE - Connection to the subtle body suggests not simply an intellectual knowing but an embodied, cellular knowing. In this course we will explore the pathways of the muscle, bone, blood vessel and nerve in order to bring greater wakefulness to the body-mind connection.
TIAS LITTLE - In this immersion we will practice movements that unite the flow of fascia in the body. We practice both flowing movements and still forms in order to directly experience the continuity of connective tissue. Then through insight meditation and dharma study we drop into states of meditation to discover that all things within us and around us are interwoven.
TIAS LITTLE - In practice we aim to feel the light of Prana in every single cell of the body. In meditation we see that the mind is like space and by cultivating a spacious mind, we experience timeless awareness.
