At the beginning of the winter season, take a day to drop into deep practice. Through Prajna Yoga we cultivate a body that listens, absorbs, and is permitted to just be. In this day long immersion, we weave together sitting practice, SATYA, and asana in order to support a time of inner communion. In the midst of a grey world we will draw light into the spaces of our fascia, organs, and bones. Take this day to nourish your tissues, touch into silence and stillness and heal the delicate, subtle rhythms of your body-mind.
