Standing poses are heating, activating, and “yang.” Working on the floor however is pacifying and “yin.” In this class we harmonize yin and yang by doing a medley of active poses while on the floor, in order to both energize and restore the body-mind.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
