Coming Back to Yourself: Women’s Retreat with Surya Little and Elena Brower in Santa Fe

October 25 - October 27

REGISTER HERE*

*For assistance registering, contact prajnaoffice@gmail.com*

Retreat in the height of fall in stunning Santa Fe with two longtime friends and senior teachers. Center in, get back in touch with yourself and tune into your innate wisdom as we turn inward for winter. Expect somatic movement, active and restorative asana, meditation, discussion, contemplation and journaling.

Each day, we’ll explore one of the three heart-minds of Zen; magnanimous mind, nurturing mind and joyful mind. Living our lives, learning to meet our experiences with the spirit of magnanimity, we actively enter magnanimous mind, a space of refinement and kindness. A heart-mind of care and compassion is the spirit of nurturing mind, greeting the world with eyes open. Practicing thankfulness and buoyancy, within ourselves and in our communities, is the practice of joyful mind.

This retreat will serve as a way to develop these attitudes, to integrate them into the way we live out all the aspects of our lives.
