In this time of social distancing all of our lives are on hold. However in the pause we have an opportunity to connect both inwardly and on line in new found ways. In this practice we integrate the pause directly, by resting between each movements. Discover how Being in the Pause supports your subtle body and acts as a rejuvenate tonic. Practice mindful movement (SATYA), yoga asana and pranayama in order to yoke to a profound stillness inside.
