For thousands of years, the body in yoga has been thought to be made up of five primary elements. In this class you will learn the anatomical and energetic quality of each element in the body. Through the practice of postures, breathing techniques, meditations, learn to direct the flow of energy through each element. Tias teaches through imagery and anatomical drawings to illustrate the connection between the five elements and the subtle body in yoga.
