A GEM FOR WOMEN: A Weekend of Yoga Practice for Women with Rebecca Hooper & Surya Little

December 4 - December 6

REGISTER HERE

Inspired by the pioneering work of Dr. Geeta S. Iyengar, A Gem for Women explores yoga practice as a source of support, vitality, and inner steadiness throughout the stages of a woman’s life.

Over the course of the weekend, Rebecca and Surya will guide practices that include asana, restorative practice, pranayama, mudra, and meditation. Particular attention will be given to adapting the practice to meet women’s changing needs, while cultivating greater balance, awareness, and ease.

As Geeta Iyengar emphasized, yoga extends beyond the physical practice of asana. This weekend offers women an opportunity to deepen practice, turn inward, and experience yoga as a path toward greater integration and peace.
