I find that amidst so much anxiety and uncertainty today, I need a practice that is rejuvenating and healing. In my personal home practice, I take an hour each day to open my fluid channels, to hydrate and stay supple. In hatha yoga it is said there are as many as 350,000 subtle body channels in the body! The ancient yogis likened the channels in the body to little rivers. In this class, I will be like a river guide helping you to navigate the rivers, streams, and tributaries of your bloodstream. I will begin showing some amazing slides and a video to elucidate the fluid body, and then we’ll dive into the cool waters of a healing practice to nourish the subtle body.
