Friday Evening: Opening Practice + Foundations
The late summer is an ideal time to evolve your practice to the next level. In this class we practice dynamic and playful hip openers supine, seated and standing.
Saturday Morning: Hips & Pelvis | Saturday Afternoon: Shoulders & Arm Balances
In these delightful and uplifting classes, we build core connection through arm balances, headstand and shoulder stand. We practice dynamic and delightful variations on arm balances using the chair and free standing. Come prepared to add depth and diversity to your practice.
Sunday Morning: Backbends & Twists
In this class we elevate the spirit by practicing new and creative variations on backbends using the wall, partners and the chair. We begin slowly and incrementally preparing the feet, quads and spine before leading into more complex backbends. This class will inspire students safely to new levels in their practice.
For those who can, please join us in the beautiful setting of the Prajna Temple and register to attend in person.

**In person students please bring your own yoga mat. All other props are provided.
**Livestream students have your props handy! We recommend two blocks, blankets, a thick bolster, an 8’ or 10’ belt/strap, and a backless chair (modifications will be given if you do not have a chair). We recommend yogaoutlet.com and Manduka for props; backless chairs can be found on Amazon and Etsy.
**Please note, each day’s session will be recorded. The recordings are available to all students for 30 days after the last class concludes.
** This immersion is valid for 12.0 hours of Continuing Education, and can be applied towards the required hours for the Prajna Yoga 300/500-Hour Program.
