The Light Within the Dark: Winter Solstice Immersion | Hybrid Livestream & In-Person in Santa Fe

December 19 - December 21

REGISTER HERE IN-PERSON

REGISTER HERE HYBRID LIVESTREAM

The Winter Solstice is a pivotal time within the calendar year, marked by many ancient cultures as a time of hope, promise and renewal. The Winter Solstice is an auspicious time to reflect, to revitalize, to honor and to evoke the presence of light. As the winter season sets in and the light in the sky wanes, we come together this week-end for an immersive practice. Through SATYA, asana, meditation, poetry, song and verse we connect to a timeless, all-penetrating light not only the waning light at year’s end but the light of the mind-heart space that burns perpetually bright. Winter is the ideal time for cultivating the deep yin by restoring the tissues, reducing fatigue and replenishing the prana. In this Winter Solstice immersion, we illumine the spaces within through breath work, meditative flow, supported holds, and deep stillness.
