This class lays the foundation for practicing a safe and secure headstand. Learn to use your legs to launch upward in the pose. Whether you can completely invert or not, you will learn how to set the foundation and generate lift in your shoulders. We will offer alternatives to people who cannot weight bear on their head.

Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
