Prajna Live | The Balance Point | Online Practice

In this class we build stability in the legs and hips through standing balance poses. Balancing on one leg brings stamina, endurance and lightness. Using the wall and in the middle of the room, we practice Warrior 3, Half Moon, Revolved Half Moon Pose and Tree.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
