Anatomy of the Koshas | Online Immersion

TIAS & SURYA LITTLE ONLINE - Since the earliest teachings on yoga, the body-mind is described as having five coverings or casings, called koshas. In this course we study the anatomical and energetic attributes of each sheath.

Yoga Nidra and the Dream Body | Online Immersion

TIAS & SURYA LITTLE ONLINE - In the winter season and toward year’s end we take time to rest deeply, reset the nervous system, and restore the body’s vital energy. In this series of classes we begin by unwinding strain & tension from the fascia, followed by guided instruction on entering the dream-like state of yoga nidra.
