The Transverse Abdominus is an amazing muscle that spans from back to front and side to side in the lower trunk. This class will help you cultivate core strength in your low back and abdomen by alternately engaging and releasing the transverse abdominus muscle.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
