Like the flowers at mid summer, we use backbends to express our essential vitality by expanding outward. We move slowly and safely through a practice of back arches to both rejuvenate and stimulate the spine in order to bloom both heart and lungs.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
