All postural balance and centering occurs in the hips. In this class you will strengthen and stretch the core musculature around your hip joints in order to stabilize your low back. Releasing the structures around your hips brings lightness and lift to your the core.

Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
