In this 2-month practice arc, we explore the body through loops, spirals, and diagonal pathways that organize balance from the ground upward. Beginning in the feet and moving through the legs, pelvis, trunk, and into the hands and shoulders, we trace connective pathways that support both stability and ease. To support continuity through the month of April this offering is shaped as a broader field of study—combining live classes with selected recordings for ongoing practice and integration.

APRIL LIVE
From Feet to Hips – Tues, April 7th
Establish grounding through the feet and legs. Balance the knees, upper legs, and hips through pressure and spiraling pathways
Pelvic & Kidney Loop – Fri, April 10th
Sense the inner loops of the pelvis that support the lower back and abdomen. Awaken depth and stability through the body’s center.
Spirals in the Trunk / Heart & Cranial Loop – Fri, April 17th
Refine integration through the trunk, linking front, back, and sides. Connect the spine, heart, and head through subtle spiral patterns.
From Hands to Shoulders – Tues, April 21st
Stability through the hands informs the arms and shoulders. Align the shoulder girdle and reconnect the upper body to the trunk and heart.

- Have your props handy! We recommend two blocks, blankets, a thick bolster, an 8’ or 10’ belt/strap, and a backless chair (modifications will be given if you do not have a chair). We recommend yogaoutlet.com and Manduka for props; backless chairs can be found on Amazon and Etsy.
