A stable and efficient posture starts with the feet. In this class we build strength and stability in the foot arches leading up to the knees and hip joints. Make the musculature of your legs light, strong and supple!
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
