In this class we stretch and strengthen the many muscular attachments above, below, and around your hip joints and greater trochanters. Through supine and standing poses, we loosen the hip joints in order to make them light, stable, and strong.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
