This class channels prana into the nerves in order to bring wakefulness to the entire body. By generating flow through your nerves (nadi shodhana), you will experience radiance and luster in both body and mind.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
