In this class we emphasize exhalation as a practice to empty, let go, and dissolve strain from the body. We do SATYA and use restorative postures to release tension and revitalize the connective tissues.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
