In yoga practice, we tap an awareness that is vast like space and “knows no blocks or barriers.” In this recuperative class we open the connective tissues of the body, yoke to the unconditioned breath and make the mind-heart vast as space.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
