In this class we do back arches to build longevity in the spine. We practice Camel, Bridge and Upward Bow Pose. We will offer options to do supported poses (in the chair) or unsupported arches.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
