The Gate Pose (parighasana) requires elasticity in the hips and side waist. In this class we practice multiple variations of the Gate Pose in order to make the side body supple and the breath light.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
