Intro to Sacred Texts | The Yoga of Delight, Wonder, and Astonishment Part I

The 7th century Tantric text the Vijnana Bhairava, is a medley of yogic meditations and reflections that shine light on the source of all becoming (Siva). In this course we evoke selected verses from this collection in order to perceive the animating vibrational power everywhere and in all things. Through meditation, movement practice and discussion, this class embodies essential themes from the Vijnana Bhairava.

**Please note ALL Live Zoom sessions and classes will be recorded should you be unable to attend any live streams. All recordings will be available for 30 days.
** Intro to Sacred Texts is good for 2 hours per class, or 8 hours for the series available for Continuing Education hours through Yoga Alliance.
** Intro to Sacred Texts can be applied towards the required hours for the Prajna Yoga 300/500-Hour Program.
