Return to the Source: Friday Retreat On the Grounds of Prajna
Immerse with us on the Prajna Temple grounds for an afternoon of deep practice, meditation, seasonal meal, and Sangha sharing. Take a mini retreat to care for ourselves, to slow down, and support your transition from the more active and outward summer into a more restful and gathering Autumn season. Our practices will warm you up, ground you, and stabilize your nervous system, nourishing your body, breath, and spirit in all ways. After class Surya will celebrate the abundance of Fall’s harvest with a meal to balance your digestive fire and stoke a feeling of harmony within.
