The bow pose (dhanurasana) is one of the most classical of all yoga poses. It requires flexibility in the spine, hips and shoulders. Like the way an archer strings his bow, in this class you will build readiness and suppleness to your spine.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
