In yoga we identify the back body with the past and the front body with the future. This class will focus on releasing the front body beginning at the feet and moving upward through the legs, abdomen and trunk. Our emphasis will be on extending the spine and opening the lung and heart. In this way, one can breath more fully while remaining open to all possibility.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
