In yoga and meditation, right effort is key to holding attention steady. Right Effort is part of the traditional framework of Buddhist practice and suggests the fine line between tension and ease, engaging and letting go. In this class we practice “Right Tension” and in so doing, apply just the right amount of force in any given pose.
