The Lion’s Pose is one of the traditional asanas. This class builds to the Lion’s Pose called Simhasana (think of Simba in the Lion’s King), a pose to purify the prana, prepare for pranayama, and open the palate.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
