Prajna Live | The Cow, the Monkey, and the Crow | Online Practice

Many yoga poses are delightfully named after animals. In this class we open up the hip joints in order to have the lunge of the monkey, the flight of the crow and the steady seat of the cow.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
