In summertime we do balancing poses to build power, poise, and stability. In this class we do standing poses, arm balances, and head balance to cultivate equilibrium of body and equanimity of heart and mind.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
