Opening the Meridians of the Heart | Online Workshop

The meridians of the heart and pericardium extend out into the arms and fingers. In this class we open the energetic pathways of the heart by stretching and toning the meridian channels as mapped out in Chinese medicine theory. We study the way blood circulates through the heart and lungs and practice twists and chest openers through active and passive back arches. We begin class chanting the Heart Sutra (Prajnaparamita), the source of great wisdom in the Buddhist teaching.
Cost: $35 by Wednesday, August 26, 2020; $40 thereafter
