Animating the Body with Prana |Ā ONLINE WORKSHOP with Tias
In this time of contraction and stay at home restriction, it is important to strengthen and expand your prana. This class will help promote health and vital function in your lungs, heart and upper chest. Practices will open the shoulders and arms to optimize the flow of blood and lymph. We do fish pose, the lionās pose, the bridge pose and pranayama to rejuvenate the nerves, circulatory rhythms and connective tissue. This class will include a Q&A with Tias at the end of the session.

Getting to the Root | ONLINE WORKSHOP with Tias
In this time of upheaval, it is important to center down and anchor in. Through the action of Mula Bandha, connect to your tailbone, hips and legs to build a strong and stable interior. In this class you will learn how to cultivate interior lift by opening your hip joints and mobilizing your lower spine. Explore how emotions relating to stability and grounding related to the first chakra of the body.Ā This class will include a Q&A with Tias at the end of the session.
