In Chinese Medicine the Kidney Meridian passes along the inside ankle, knee and leg. In this class we do a medley of hip openers and groin releases to improve flow through the meridian that refers directly to the kidneys.

Some logistics:
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
- Please note that all classes are in Mountain Time.
