Prajna Live | Staying Fluid: The Sacrum & Water Element | Online Practice
This class explores the fluidity and equilibrium of the sacrum and sacral-iliac joints. We do SATYA movements and hip releases to bring greater fluidity to the musculature within the pelvis. In this class you will sense that mobility and stability of the sacrum, generates a sense of fluidity through the entire spine.
Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
