We can imagine the spine buttressed by 4 pillars: the two pillars of the Paraspinal muscles in the back and the two pillars of the Ilio-psoas muscle in front. In this class we bring stability, suppleness, and support to the temple of the spine by balancing these four pillars.
- Have your props handy! We recommend a block, blanket, bolster, belt (and chair if you have access to one).
