Standing in the Bones: Yoga for the Skeletal System | April Online 6-Class Series

TIAS LITTLE ONLINE - This month we build strength and vitality in the bones. By load bearing in the bones we reduce the effects of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis, increase stamina, and gain support for the spine. Each class we do movements to release the soft tissues before doing standing poses to build resiliency in the bones.
