Nerve Flossing | June Online 6-Class Series

TIAS LITTLE ONLINE - In this month we reduce compression on the nerve channels through "nerve flossing." Also known as neural gliding, this practice helps loosen the fascia, reduce numbness and stiffness, and increase neural flow through the connective tissues.

SATYA 1 | In-Person & Hybrid Online Immersion

TIAS LITTLE - In-Person & Hybrid Immersion - Designed by Tias Little after 30 years of education, practice, study, and research, SATYA is a somatic practice that builds mindfulness through movement. We practice fine articulated movement to open new pathways of perception and feeling. Our SATYA 1 immersion is perfect for first-time students or returning practitioners looking to reconnect with the subtle body. This training includes a mix of pre-recorded content, live sessions, and embodied practice—all accessible online.

SATYA 2 | Immersion

TIAS LITTLE ONLINE - In SATYA 2, you will learn more complex sequencing, more nuanced variations of movement, and more about the physiological benefits. In this second part of the training, we cover the shoulder girdle in detail.
