Maple Dijon Tempeh

1 package tempeh

3 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

3 tbsp liquid aminos

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp dried tarragon

 

Slice the Tempeh into 12 thin slices. Steam for 10 minutes. Combine marinade and pour over steamed tempeh into a baking dish. Let it marinate for 60 minutes or longer. Then bake at 400 for 20 minutes.
