In this retreat, you will learn how the precision of alignment in the postures can be a direct path toward the physiological experience of equanimity, compassion, and joy.
Drawing from their life-time journey on the path of yoga, Surya and Rebecca share their unique and complementary perspectives on how to deepen a practice by using the safe, intelligent guidance of Iyengar Yoga.
We believe that yoga is the ideal practice to support women’s health–for digestion, hormonal balance, physical energy, and mental well-being.
Over these four days you will receive much individual instruction. Each practice is tailored to meet you right where you are– relative to your age, biorhythms, and overall health. Daily practices include restorative yoga, asana, pranayama, philosophy, and time for reflection. This retreat will give you a clear outline of a personal practice that you can take home with you to practice for years to come.
