Tias and Surya are thrilled to offer a fall immersion on Cape Cod! Join us for the Art of Healing, in-depth training on how to address structural imbalances in the body. Through anatomical study, demonstration, pose modification, prop work, and manual assistance, we address common muscular-skeletal strain patterns.
TRAINING IS OPEN TO YOGA TEACHERS & ALL CURIOUS STUDENTS
Each day includes practice sessions, meditation, postural clinics, and small group discussion to learn to sequence and modify postural movements for low back pain, shoulder restriction, scoliosis, hip replacement and more. Whether teaching a group or offering individual sessions, the more tools you have in your bag to address structural imbalances the more effective you can be.
This in depth immersion will provide you with new ways to safely release the connective tissues of your own body, balance your joints and bring nourishment to your body-mind.
Every body is different, therefore we will emphasize adapting the poses individually to meet the needs of each student
