Through heart-felt practices we open to a time of possibility and change. In this practice, Tias guides SATYA movements that are a powerful tonic to reduce fatigue, strain, and holding in the body. At the same time, we build sturdy bones and a light and lifted spine. Each class weaves together movement, stillness, breath work, and visualization. Come set a clear intention for this uncertain time to remain kind hearted, open-minded, light, and free.
