Part 2: Nourish and Replenish: Practice for Menstruation
In this class we practice asana and pranayama to replenish and vitalize the body during menstruation. The sequence will help to alleviate the many discomforts associated with menstruation—cramps, fluid retention, bloating, heaviness in the abdomen and legs, irregular digestion, up and down emotions, and fatigue in both body and mind. This class is a perfect tonic to restore and revitalize. In this supported practice you will experience greater ease and quiet within.
Cost: $25 per event for Breathe Together members or $70 for all 3, $35 individual for non-members
