Immerse with us on the Prajna Temple grounds for an afternoon of deep practice, meditation, seasonal meal, and sangha sharing. Take an afternoon to drop into deep practice for your body, mind and spirit. At the outset of winter, the practices will warm you up and ground you to fortify for the cold days ahead. After class, spend time with the community in Surya’s kitchen for a warming soup and grounding edibles to build your blood and fuel your inner digestive fire.
